Tell me more about the situation.

Is this s file where that geocache information was showing up before you installed version 2.7.0?

Or one where you imported a GPX file and it didn't show up?

You may need to send the GPX file to support for analysis.

Hi,

I just downloaded version 2.7.0. For some reason, there is no data showing in the "Geocache Information" tab when looking at the "Waypoint Data" screen - no text, no logs, no clues - nothing.

Did I forget to change a setting somewhere? I re-installed the software twice & the problem is still there. I'm using an HP iPAQ hx2495.

Thanks for your help!!

I usually use my palm centro in gaming, but I don't know BC nav will work on the palm OS. I'll try it hope it will work. I think there some software being recommended.

I have sent an email, but if it isn't getting to you, it is likely that there is some spam filtering or something that is prevented it. I have reset an activation code starting with 4ecc

My iPaq 2400 finally died and I need to reinstall on my older iPaq 3970. I need the key reset (I own two licenses), but emails don't seem to be working (hence this post).

Please advise on a better option to establish contact to get one of my keys reset so I can activate on the 3970.

Thanks.

This was an interesting discussion a year ago.

But today, I'm not sure why you wouldn't use BackCountry Desktop Edition. The downloads do go much faster on that.

Emulators are not known for being speed demons.
