Yet more assistance sought:  I've downloaded 100+ waypoints from geocaching.com in my local area and I can see them just fine (on BCN), but when I select the geocaching or notes tabs, they're ALL blank, yet they're not blank on the geocaching site.  Am I doing something wrong when prepping the pocket query?

It's unlikely you are doing anything wrong. What you are doing should work and has worked for me several times.

Can you check the GPX file that arrived in your Pocket Query? It should be readable enough to see if there is extra information in the file.

If there is, you can send the GPX file to support at BackCountryNavigator dot com. I can see if there is something in the format that is throwing it off.
