Minimizing BCN and unable to maximize??
«

If I flip my PocketPC to another application, 95% of the time, I'm unable to get BCN to maximize and be usable again, with my only recourse being a soft reset.
In that condition, it doesnt even appear as an active running program in my memory mananager (Pocket PC 2003).
Any suggestions?

What are you using to task switch? Some users have reported conflicts caused by Task Switcher and SPB plus and other utilities.
If BackCountry Navigator is forcibly shut down without being allowed to close properly, the behavior may match what what you are seeing.
A simpler possibility is that opening the other program uses up enough memory that the system shuts BCN down, then won't let it start again without enough memory. You can tell if this might be happening by the amount of main memory that is free.

I'm not using a 3rd party task switcher. I do however use Dashboard, and it gives a task bar like function that shows all active applications. I've had to watch the memory the next time this occurs.
Thanks!
