Nothing official has been established to my knowledge, but its been mentioned by others to share downloaded files. Its just a matter of finding who has something you are interested in.


  I live in Northwestern PA, in a small town. But, I & my family visited the outer banks of NC. If anyone wants those files, I'll share.

  I guess the best thing to do, would be post what area you would be interestedin having, then wait to see if anyone has that area to share.
