I will need to alter the main menu to have only two top level items in order to fit Windows Mobile Design Guidelines.

This will have the advantage of allowing you to use the soft keys and the navigation button to select menu items. It will make one handed operation better - though not perfect.

I don't expect to have less menu commands - much the opposite.
