I have been having some trouble recently with tracks that have been exported to Google Earth. My guess this is on Google Earth's end but I am trying to narrow down all the possible causes. To help eliminate Backcountry Navigator as a culprit I have one question, Is there any limit to how much track data can be exported from Backcountry Navigator?

I have a GPX file which has several tracks and they show up fine in Backcountry Navigator. When I open this file in Google Earth most of tracts look just fine but there are are a few which do not show up at all and one track which is displayed incorrectly.

I have seen on Google Earth's website there are are issues with the time slider. The slider "seems" to be working fine in this instance, however.

You'll got any clues?
Thanks in advance for any help.

To narrow down a bit more, can you check to see how the same tracks show up in Topofusion or some other software?

The GPX is text readable, but it would be hard to tell much from the file itself, since it is a lot of numbers.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I opened the GPX file in Topofusion and got better results but there is still one problem in topofusion; It appears the individual tracks are being connected together by a line. For example there will be a line between track #1 and track #2 and then another line connecting track#2 and Track #3 and so on.

The individual tracks may or may not show up in Google Earth.

I can send you some screenshots and the gpx file for further study.
