10mi by 8mi is ok but 20mi x 20mi errors out? Is it my memory size?

Could be. What size memory card are you creating the file on?

I've generally used 10 by 10, and this fits in 8-9 megabytes.(1:1 option not checked). But a 20 by 20 should fit within 40 megabytes. If the 1:1 option is checked, then the size would be maybe 640 Meg and too big.
What message do you get when it errors out?
