It seems to download the ToPo and Aerials fine. but when I go to look at them the ToPo is fine but the Aerials just look like white clouds. I've tryed more then one place and I've tryed 4m and 1m.  I have a HP iPAC rx5915 The Travel Companion.  Is it me?

May not be you.

Do you have specific locations you were looking at?

You can usually look at:

http://terraserver-usa.com/

To see if there are any coverage gaps or data anomalies.

There are places, though few of them, where they don't have aerial photographs, but that should be covered in the coverage map.

IF you are getting inconsistent results at the website, BCN will get them too. It is likely that there are intermittent problems on one of their database servers or something.

You cna report problems at tsmailbx@microsoft.com. Another person reporting something similar never got a response from them, but they did resolve the problem within a week or two.
