GPX fixes and functionality

• Fix to avoid obsolete table reference causing GPX import to fail
• FIrst version to contain option for exporting GPX. GPX file can then be read and displayed by desktop apps.

First Release of Beta Version 2.0. It includes at least the following enhancements:

• Better support for square screen devices such as the Treo 700W or Ipaq 6515
• Automatic detection of GPS devices.
• Expanded support for troublesome GPS devices such as Ipaq 6515.
• Improved behavior of bluetooth connections in power off situations.
• First trial of tracking functionality (also know as breadcrumbing). While this feature is still in its infancy, users can mark, save and display tracks. More to come in this area  
• Download of Terraserver maps made 30% faster through streaming image downloads. 
• Import of trails from GPX files.

Fixed incorrect UTMZone of Waypoint when no map is loaded.

Allows explicit choice of BaudRate in GPS Configuration. This can help in devices like the Navman 3450 where the Baudrate is not found automatically.
