Just downloaded 2.7.7 and seems like you have a bug Nathan
The gps arrow does not show up at all on 2.7.7. Reloaded 2.7.6 and it comes back.

Overzealous code cleanup can leave the code a little too clean.

2.7.8 is already posted.
