DE 2.7.7 Won't open or create files

I just installed BCN DE 2.7.7 and I get an "Error Opening Datafile" box. It says error creating file...Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SQlite, Version=1.0.51.0, Culture=Neutral, PublickeyToken=db937bc2d44ff139' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition doew not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80121040). I reinstalled back a version and it works properly. Any thoughts?

I do have an idea.

It's not updating the executable file from the old install.

Removing "BackCountry Navigator Desktop Edition" from Add/Remove Programs in the control panel will probably work. I don't know yet why it won;'t either remove that or prompt you to like usual.

Yes, removing the older version and then reinstalling 2.7.7 worked fine. Thanks for your great support.
