Editing Waypoints on windows mobile 6.0 BCN v. 2.9

By Gregbecker - Posted on 12 August 2010

I just up graded my old Ipaq running wm 5.0 up to a new Ipaq running 6.0 and updated to BCN v. 2.9 on it.Now when I hit a waypoint, instead of a dropdown opening on screen to edit, goto, etc., I have to tap waypoint, tapaction > select > edit, goto etc. This way still works, but it is a bit slower and I am wondering if it is a change with the BCN 2.9 version or if it is my Windows Mobile change from 5.0 up to 6.0. Thanks for any Info.

The context menu *should* still work if you press and hold. There may be a sensitivity difference between the two phones.

I'm charging up a Windows Mobile 6 phone to verify.

My screen pushes a bit harder to respond, but one thing I notice that I don't think I mentioned is that my screen "blanks" for just a bit like it is overloading memory to bring up dropdown even tho, an HP 211 has 128 RAM/256 ROM. I don't know what is needed but I know that is more than my old ipaq. Thanks for looking into it Nathan. ,Greg
