Error Message "The remote name could not be resolved"

I am using a Ipaq 2790 with version 2.7.8 and when I try to enter latitude and longitude and width and height of area I am trying to download.I get error message "The remote name could not be resolved" .I have been able to enter areas in the past on this device without a problem ,but i may be entering mt Lat./Lon. incorrectly. Sounds Like DNS Error

Although I can't say for sure, it sounds like a network/DNS error. If the program did not completely crash, there will be more info in the bcnav2log.txt.

Is this happening at the point you are downloading or are you looking for places?
