GPX Import, update Waypoints?

I'm still getting the hang of downloading a pocket query and importing it into the various apps I'm using.  I had some in BCN, and I grabbed some new ones, but wasn't sure what I had and didn't have.  After the GPX import, I had two waypoint list entries for each duplicated cache.  Any way to make those entries unique by waypoint code?
