Upgraded to a new phone, but I'm not allowed to activate BCN on my new phone?!
Hi,
I recently upgraded from the Treo 800w to the Treo Pro. When I attempt to activate BCN on my new phone, I receive a "Denied" message. I submitted a message to Support, but my request was either ignored or denied?! What gives? Am I not allowed to move BCN from one phone to another?!

I could not find your message to support. But I did reset your activation code.
We would be sure to post a notice if/when there is a change to policy or procedure for transferring to another device.

Same issue here. I submitted a request several days ago and haven't heard anything back.
We have been swamped by email requests in the last week. We do intend to get back to everyone, though.

I also requested to have mine reset as well, sent the request to support email. Just wanted to cover both bases, sorry if you got it twice. Upgrade from Del Axim x51v, to Tmo Wing, now using Tmo Touch Pro 2
